Spring4 has represented Sage Publishing for over 20 years, advising the company on its UK real estate. Following a pilot study into new working practices, Sage decided to remodel its existing office to create a state-of-the-art, inspiring and activated environment. Spring4 negotiated a lease renewal including a comprehensive, landlord-funded Cat A and Cat B refurbishment of the existing office. Spring4 sourced, negotiated and secured a short-term flexible space in the local area for the entire business to occupy during the 12 months that the new home was being refurbished.
