Spring4 represented Friends Life on the pre-letting of a single 50,000 sq ft floor at One New Change. Following the acquisition of Friends Life by Aviva, the space became surplus to requirements and Spring4 was instructed to market and dispose of the property. We worked closely with Aviva’s global CRE team and external advisors and successfully assigned the company’s interest in the property after a short marketing period.
